You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Landscape Estimator and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Service & Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) and may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification).
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
